Training & Coaching

LoQutus employs a set of key principles for training and education. These principles are extensively tested in practice and are being continuously refined in order to fulfill the needs of the customers correctly.

  • Methodological foundation
In order to learn a language man needs to know a minimum of vocabulary and grammar: the building blocks of the language. That goes for process management too, man should know a.o. the concepts, methods, pitfalls and best practices. For lack of a solid methodological foundation, subjects often remain without engagement and on an anecdotal level.
  • In practice
During the training theory is constantly mixed with practical examples. LoQutus uses the approved Harvard case method: First the participants are confronted with a specific problem, then a group discussion is initiated in order to elaborate a solution and afterwards theory and practice are linked.
  • Clarification by means of examples
Traditional trainings tend to introduce new concepts via definitions but LoQutus pays attention to relevant examples.
  • Clear structure
Before we kick off the training, we define a clear structure which enables the participants to place the new information in a larger entity.
  • Customization
LoQutus maps the professional context and specific expectations of every new group. This approach enables us to adapt the used approach and examples which results in a higher degree of recognition and commitment of the participants.
  • Interactivity
Interaction between coach and participants, group discussions.
  • Exercises
By mutual agreement with the customer and the participants LoQutus can insert exercises that the participants need to prepare prior to the lesson, after which the solutions will be discussed in group.
