Time has become scarce nowadays: although there are several seminars with interesting topics to attend, it is difficult to book this in your professional agenda. Therefore LoQutus has decided to launch a new seminar concept this season: no longer a trail which runs from September through May but every 6 months 1 knowledge seminar.

Introduction

Cloud computing is a major evolution in information technology, comparable with the impact of the mainframe, the minicomputer, the internet, and the worldwide. Besides the risks, it offers new ways of gaining value from IT.
Enterprises should start today with exploring the opportunities and challenges that the cloud can bring to them. Each part of the architecture or strategy must be critically re-evaluated. Which parts of my architecture can be subject for cloud computing? How can I integrate my cloud applications to my existing landscape?
